To join our Yoga Trapeze class, it is important to notify us in advance, as this class cannot be taken without previously completing the Introductory Course.

The introduction can be taken on the same day, 30 minutes before the class.

Please note that reservation is mandatory through the Mindbody app, at least 1 hour prior to the class.

Each session has a unique focus, working different parts of the body with a clear physical, energetic, and emotional intention. This class is a slow and mindful practice with a focus on restorative alignment, where each posture is experienced with full attention to create a meaningful impact on the body, mind, and energy.

Each class is unique, while integrating repetitive elements that support muscle memory. We often begin with a restorative posture to help relax the body and mind, and from there transition into mobility, strength, balance, and flexibility.

The slower pace allows for a deeper exploration of alignment in a way that is accessible to all levels, cultivating a more intimate connection with the body—where how a posture feels is more important than how it looks.
An invitation to slow down, regulate your nervous system, and return to yourself.

Fisio flow

 75 minutes
This class combines yoga with movement based in physiotherapy.
Focusing on optimal alignment, stability, mobility, strength and balance through a physiotherapy lense. 
It is a great base for people new to yoga as well as experienced yogis as it allows students at all levels to move with awareness and an understanding of the WHY behind the movements.
Fisio Flow has a strong focus on educating students about the body and how to move in a sustainable way.
We start by activating and strengthening the muscles required for safe and efficient movement, helping to reduce habitual compensatory movement patterns and posture imbalances while preparing the body for flowing movements later in class. 
Dynamic stretching and myo-fascial release are included to help improve mobility and range of motion. Fisio Flow will help you reduce the risk of injury and pain, and continue to move well for life!

INTERMEDIATE/BILINGUAL

yoga to sacred music

This class is a set sequence of postures rooted in the Bikram yoga tradition. The teacher leads this class as there are no verbal cues and the students follow along. The music is a high vibration soundtrack and allows you to get out of your head and follow your heart as you practice familiar postures. Get ready to fly and trust your inner guru in this 1hour class on Fridays and Saturdays. Esencia community favorite for 20 years!

*Recommended that you attend Fridays at 8:30am to learn the sequence.

INTERMEDIATE/BILINGUAL

Restorative YIN Yoga

75 minutes

This is the perfect antidote to an active lifestyle; the class offers long, slow and deeply held ground rooted postures. With time, INFRARED warmth + gravity assisting the opportunity to truly surrender. YIN is a quiet, meditative practice designed to release long held or chronic tension by working into the joints and connective tissues. This 75 minute class takes place in a INFRARED warm candlelit room, it’s all about slowing down and letting go; you can expect a heavenly sleep as one of the many healing rewards of YIN & TONIC as it downgrades the central nervous system. Yin Yoga soundtrack is 432HZ solfeggio healing frequencies and Tibetan bowls add another layer of frequency therapy to this experience.

Hot Pilates

This class is a fusion of Yoga and Pilates. Using the body as resistance through mat pilates with planks and push ups. Flowing into various warrior and standing balancing postures focusing on strength and equilibrium. Finishing with floor postures using resistance bands and blocks to create a balanced full body experience with a strong focus on abdominal strengthening. Savasana meditation closes the practice.

No two classes are the same, yet recurring elements support consistency and build muscle memory over time. The rhythm of the practice is guided by the breath—each movement synchronized with an inhale or exhale—cultivating focus, presence, and internal awareness.

Accessible to all levels, with options to modify or intensify, Vinyasa invites you to explore your body with curiosity while developing both physical resilience and mental clarity.

The class may include 30–60 postures depending on the pace, with a structure that integrates:
• Pranayama (conscious breathing)
• Meditation
• Dynamic asana flow

ADVANCED/BILINGUAL

yoga trapeze

This class uses a suspension system or prop Yoga Trapeze enabling you to explore familiar yoga poses from a different perspective. This practice is for anyone looking to relieve back pain, relieve stress, improve their grip, posterior chain and core strength. Adding this practice to your weekly discipline, as a conservative inversion therapy, can open up the thoracic vertebrae and lengthen space between L4-L5 & L5-S1. Using conservative inversions to find Neutral traction relieves sciatica. You will obtain more upper body strength thru pulling action not found in traditional yoga MAT classes. This is a full body strength and flexibility experience! This 60 minute class will leave you feeling energized and playful.

KUNDALINI YOGA

This class is a holistic experience that integrates mind and body through intense pranayama (breathwork) and asana (postures).
Using physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), chanting (mantras), meditation and deep relaxation.

Kundalini Yoga classes work not only on the physical level, but also on emotional balance and spiritual development. Each session is designed to offer a complete mind-body-spirit connection, fostering overall health and emotional well-being.
