HOT flow

HOT  Yoga with Heart - this practice is transformative for mind + body; it combines strength and heartfelt alignment, allowing modifications with the intensity of flow in a FAR INFRARED heated studio. Have you heard of all the amazing benefits of INFRARED?

This class is 75 minutes, it begins with Pranayama/Breathwork, moves into standing balancing postures followed by the floor series including forward folds, backbends and twists before Savasana.

HOT Yoga Heated with FAR INFRARED ceramic panels is a great way to stimulate the immune system + particularly the digestive organs, leaving you feeling refreshed and clear headed.

slow FLOW

Slow Flow sets itself apart from the above class as it is not heated. This class is a flowing sequence of postures that changes weekly. Slow flow is moving through basic Hatha yoga postures and feeling how one prepares you for the next building our practice in a conscious manner. The pace is slow and allows for a strong focus on alignment and modifications are offered to create an accessible and sustainable practice. This 75 minute class provides stress relief, increases flexibility, and moves you towards a strong upright posture in your daily life.

FUNctional flow

This class combines yoga and functional movement similar to pilates. Functional movement focuses on optimal alignment, stability, mobility, strength and balance.  It is a great base for people new to yoga as well as experienced yogis as it allows students at all levels to move with awareness and an understanding of the WHY behind the movements. Functional movement has a strong focus on educating students about the body and how to move in a sustainable way. We start by activating and strengthening the muscles required for safe and efficient movement, helping to reduce habitual compensatory movement patterns and posture imbalances while preparing the body for flow movements later in class.  Dynamic stretching and myo-fascial release are included to help improve mobility and range of motion. Functional movement will help you reduce the risk of injury and pain, and continue to move well for life!

yoga to sacred music

This class is a set sequence of postures rooted in the Bikram Beginning yoga tradition practiced during the week to prepare to follow without instruction. The teacher leads the class no verbal cues and the students follow along. The music is vibrational and allows you to get out of your head and follow your heart as you practice familiar postures. Get ready to fly and trust your inner guru in this 1hour class on Fridays and Saturdays. Recommended that you attend Fridays at 8:30am to learn the sequence.

YIN & TONIC yoga

This is the perfect antidote to an active lifestyle; the class offers long, slow and deeply held ground rooted postures. With time, INFRARED warmth + gravity assisting the opportunity to truly surrender. YIN is a quiet, meditative practice designed to release long held or chronic tension by working into the joints and connective tissues. This 75 minute class takes place in a INFRARED warm candlelit room, it’s all about slowing down and letting go; you can expect a heavenly sleep as one of the many healing rewards of YIN & TONIC.

HATHA

This is a traditional style of yoga that focuses on gentle postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and relaxation practices to bring balance to body and mind. Movements are steady and mindful, making it an excellent choice for both beginners and those seeking a slower, more grounding practice. Through consistent practice, Hatha Yoga helps to improve flexibility, build strength, reduce stress, and enhance inner calm. It’s a holistic path that prepares the body and mind for deeper awareness and meditation. A gentle yet powerful practice, Hatha Yoga creates space for you to connect with yourself and restore balance in daily life.

HOT ASHTANGA VINYASA

This is is a dynamic style of yoga that connects breath with movement in a smooth, flowing sequence. Each posture transitions gracefully into the next, creating a moving meditation that builds strength, flexibility, and balance while calming the mind. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, HOT Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga meets you where you are. You’ll leave each class feeling centered, refreshed, and revitalized.

AERIAL

Aerial Yoga uses a suspension system or prop Yoga Trapeze enabling you to explore familiar yoga poses from a different perspective. This practice is for yoga students looking to relieve back pain, relieve stress, improve their grip, posterior chain and core strength. Adding this practice to your discipline, as a conservative inversion therapy, can open up the thoracic vertebrae and lengthen space between L4-L5 & L5-S1. Using conservative inversions to find Neutral traction relieves sciatica. You will obtain more upper body strength thru pulling action not found in traditional yoga MAT classes. This is a full body strength and flexibility experience! This 60 minute class will leave you feeling energized and playful.
