THE SEQUENCE
I. BRAIN TRAINING & CROSS-LATERAL COORDINATION
Activates both hemispheres, breaks mental loops, and lands you fully in the body before anything else begins.
II. BREATH OF GLOW
Rhythmic breathwork builds inner coherence — the felt sense of mind and body synchronized and at ease.
III. VOCAL TONING WITH AUM
Sound-based heart activation using structured breath cycles to open the emotional body and deepen heart-brain coherence.
IV. HEART COHERENCE MEDITATION
A 4-step guided process:
Mind at Home → Home in Heart → Maintain → Be at One
V. COLD PLUNGE & HYDROTHERAPY
Up to 3 optional rounds of cold plunge (ice bath) and jacuzzi — guided portals for emotional regulation, nervous system mastery, and resilience training under real physiological pressure.
