KATIE TYMCHYSHEN

RYT500

Katie Tymchyshen’s classes focus on anatomy-based functional movement inspired by physical therapist Lara Heimann's LYT yoga method.  Each class has a unique theme to help students gain mobility, stability and strength which leads to more adaptable movement patterns.

With a focus on educating students about their body and the WHY behind their movements, Katie's classes are designed to improve posture imbalances and re-map old compensatory movement patterns reducing the risk of injury and pain.  The goal is to help you move well in your asana practice, but more importantly for you to cultivate a sustainable practice to continue to do the things you love for life!

MICHELLENE KANDERT

RYT200

Over the last decade I have been highly active in the field of yoga; I enjoy teaching hatha, vinyasa, yoga nidra, restorative and yin, building community, teaching classes, developing public, private and home studies. I have led a variety of workshops,
introduction to balance and arm inversions, anatomy for yogi and “what is yoga?” I have also participated in the presentation of the goddess of kirtan, solstice and equinox meetings, yoga in the park and celebrations in tribute to international yoga day.
Personally I believe it is up to each of us as teachers to continue developing our knowledge base and our skills indefinitely, as well as remaining open to being students ourselves.

CLAUDIA ANGUIANO

RYT200

Claudia Anguiano, Psychologist, yoga and meditation teacher, with more than 9 years teaching this wonderful healing tool.

She is concerned with the well-being and expansion of the being, with the goal of living fully and enjoying our human existence.

After finding yoga and changing my entire perspective, I understood that the body has a fundamental role in our well-being, not only because of the physical part, but also all the information from our subconscious, when we move consciously, present and using the breath as a base, not only the muscles and joints move, but also the emotions and energy, it is a wonderful tool of sanction and expansion.

"The effect of yoga on my life was so impactful that I wanted to teach. I currently have more than 600 hours of training, including yoga with Restorative alignment, Vinyasa, Hatha and prenatal yoga.

My classes are a combination of everything learned, through a Slow Flow free of pressure, we emphasize connecting with our center through breathing, but always bringing awareness to bodily sensations, connected to the present."
